Rick and I went to a traditional Chinese Tea House tonight and it was like stepping back in time. The waiters dressed in traditional clothes, the whole building made of elaborately carved wood, and seemingly floating among the willows and koi ponds. We had a flower tea and green bean mochi (green bean is something very different and dessertish here). It was just wonderfully fun and authentic.
