So at the start of medical school, they have a "White Coating Ceremony", where they place the short white coat on the incoming students to welcome them to the profession.
It was super long (Rick has over 300 people in his class, and they go one-by-one), but it was really nice and a great way to celebrate all the hard work it's taken to get here.
I'm so proud of him.
