Sophia sees/hears both of us running on the treadmill all the time.
So it's not sup rising she asked to try it out herself the other day.
The suprising part was that she ran, and ran, and ran!
She ran for over a mile and didn't want to stop!
I was so impressed.
Maybe she'll be just like her mama.
