Sophia- November

 Sophia is just so cool.
Sometimes I can't stand it.
Rick and I regularly just look at each other, and say "how in the world is she so cute?!"
(we also regularly say, "what in the world is wrong with her?!" at tantrums- lest we seem in perfect toddler bliss)
Some things I currently love about Sophia:
1) The letter "L"- she totally over pronounces it, and draws it out. So it's like "Hi, Lllluke". It's the funniest thing sometimes, but of course adorable to me.

2) Hero-worship: all she wants to be is a super hero! I'd much rather her choose that than princesses I suppose (don't get me wrong- she likes them too). And she's mostly just "Super Sophia"- runs around with her "cape" and mask- and saves her dinosaur "Super T. Rex". It's so fun to see her imagination growing.

3) More imagination: she comes up with the most random stories and games. Like being a bridge, or putting a ball in the closet. It's just fun to be around.

(Sophia being a bridge)

4) Letterer: she's always loved reading, but now whenever we read she points out the letters. And she knows most of all of their sounds. So sometimes you'll ask which letter it is, and she'll just tell you the sound instead.

5)Helper: she always is saying "Can I help?"- makes me so happy. Albeit, it's not always convenient, but she is learning so much by helping do things.

6)Little miss: I've had several people this last month comment on how surprisingly polite she is. Of course, that makes me feel good as a parent- but really more proud of her. Knowing that you child is acting the way you've tried to teach them to, even when you're not around is one of the best feelings ever.

7) Overall, just happy: most of her day is spent laughing, singing, and dancing. She is awesome.
