Another month flown by- and a whole bunch of fun with Sophia!
Favorite things with this little girl:
-Cheerleader: Sophia is always encouraging. "Good job mommy!" "You can do it Daddy!" "Go Mommy, Go!"- must be all that "Little Engine that Could"?
-Big, strong girl: Sophia is always saying "I a big girl" and "I strong!" She likes to grab one of our legs, and grunt and lift -"I pick you up! I strong!". If we go with it, and lift up, she cracks up!
-Chatter box: she talks soooo much. 5 and 6 word sentences- some times up to 10. Tonight she said, "no thank you, I don't want any right now." It's so fantastic to have a communicating child.
-"Sure!": she always says "sure!" to things. Like if I ask her to put something away, or go grab something- she just says "sure!" It's so darn cute.
-Step in time: Sophia has always loved music, and daily plays with her various instruments and sings lots of songs. She totally keeps time clapping or with her drum sticks as she sings. It's impressive.
-Pretty: I try and not focus on how she looks all the time, but she still has lots of people telling her she's 'pretty' and 'cute'. When she gets dressed in something new, she likes to go and look at herself in the mirror and say "I so pretty". At least her self confidence is good? haha!
-Outdoors-y: since the weather has started to warm up, all Sophia wants to do is be outside. We willingly oblige. She will entertain herself for hours in the backyard. It makes me so excited for lots of hiking and camping this summer!
